Recently 4th Odisha Tourism Conclave was held on 18th September 2019 and experts from the field of tourism, travel trade, media, performing arts, bloggers, content writers, adventure sports, airlines, digital marketing and branding, food connoisseurs, film makers, eco-tourism lovers, academicians, bureaucrats from the Government, Member of Parliaments etc. were participated and contributed their valuable suggestions for development of Odisha Tourism.
The recommendations will be presented to the State Government for implementation.
Our proposal for road-shows has been implemented by the state Tourism Department and we have successfully held road-shows in Guwahati, Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Raipur, Varanasi and WTM London in the year 2019.
Here also I wish all hoteliers to participate in the forthcoming road-shows with their brochures and publicity materials and interact with the tour operators of other states to sell our hotels and packages.
We look forward to more suggestions from our members to boost up our business and the activities of our association.
