> Registration for the 7th Odisha Tourism Conclave 2026 is subject to availability, with limited seats available.
> Once the registration form is submitted, the payment details will be shared with the registered participant through the provided contact details.
>Registration will be considered confirmed only after the applicable registration fee has been successfully paid.
>>A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. The confirmation email is mandatory for attending the conclave and may be required at the time of entry.
>Participants are requested to provide accurate and complete information while filling out the registration form.
>The registration is valid only for the registered participant and is non-transferable unless approved by the organisers.
>The registration fee includes lunch during the conclave. Other personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned by the organisers.
>Participants are required to follow the instructions and guidelines issued by the organisers and the venue authorities.
>The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue, or other arrangements, if required, without prior notice.
>By completing the registration, participants acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
> The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
> Once the payment has been made, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
> In case a participant is unable to attend the conclave, the registration fee will not be refunded or adjusted against any future event.
> The organisers reserve the right to make exceptions only in exceptional circumstances, at their sole discretion.
> In the event of postponement or changes to the conclave, the organisers will communicate the revised arrangements to registered participants.
